The Kachalu farms surround a forest preserve, managed by Fundacion Natura, that protects an endangered species of Andean oak. The farms are part of the Rainforest Alliance certification program and provide habitat for a rich diversity of birds and wildlife.

Returns:
Clothing: 30-day return if new. Natural fabric irregularities are not defects.
Vitamins, Supplements, & Non-Perishable Food: 30-day return if unopened.
Perishable Goods: No returns accepted.
Return Authorization: Email joseph@origanicgoods.com before returning. We reserve the right to accept or decline returns.
Refund: Upon approval after item inspection. Declined returns shipped back at customer's expense.
